The working terms for Apex Digital projects.

Acceptance
By engaging Apex Digital for TikTok growth, website development, cross-platform app development, or related digital work, you agree to these terms. If a separate proposal or agreement is signed, that document may add project-specific details.

Services
Apex Digital focuses on three core services: TikTok Growth, Website Development, and Cross-Platform App Development. Delivery may include strategy, content planning, publishing support, page structure, development, analytics setup, and launch support where agreed.

Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, required access, brand guidance, assets, and feedback needed to complete the work.

Content and portfolio use
Published client content belongs to the client unless agreed otherwise. Apex Digital may reference public work in portfolio pages, case studies, proposals, or sales conversations unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

Results
We work to improve growth, clarity, performance, and conversion, but results are influenced by platforms, markets, budgets, content quality, approvals, competition, and audience behavior. We do not guarantee follower counts, views, rankings, revenue, downloads, or lead volume.

Payments
Pricing, payment schedule, billing cycle, and deliverables are agreed in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Late payment may pause work until the account is current.

Termination
Either party may end an active agreement according to the notice period in the proposal or service agreement. When work ends, access can be returned and agreed deliverables can be handed over.

Third-party platforms
Our work may depend on TikTok, Meta platforms, X, YouTube, Google services, hosting providers, analytics tools, APIs, and app stores. Apex Digital is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, ranking changes, or third-party decisions outside our control.

Public inquiry flows
Public forms may open WhatsApp with prefilled project context. You are responsible for reviewing the message before sending. Website intake privacy is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means the updated terms apply.
